We are excited to invite you to be part of the 5th annual Wagonhound Off-Road Park event hosted by Central Wyoming 4x4! This exciting event, taking place July 24–27, 2025, offers an incredible opportunity for businesses like yours to connect with outdoor enthusiasts and showcase your brand to a highly engaged audience.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Wyoming’s rugged terrain, Wagonhound Off-Road Park is located just 20 miles west of Thermopolis, Wyoming. Participants will enjoy guided trail rides during the day and gather for a community dinner on Saturday evening. With 7 acres of parking and camping space, the event provides ample
room for vendors to set up tents, RVs, or trailers, making it a perfect venue for reaching passionate off-roaders and
adventurers.

Campsite Facilities:

Please be advised that the Wagonhound Off-Road Park offers primitive camping accommodations. While porta- johns will be available on-site, there are no provisions for running water, sewage disposal, or electricity. We recommend that participants come fully prepared to operate independently or consider utilizing the more fully equipped campgrounds and accommodations in nearby Thermopolis, which offers multiple options including hotels, motels, and four campgrounds with additional amenities. Our event continues to grow each year, drawing in a diverse crowd eager to experience the thrill of off-roading while supporting local businesses and organizations.

By sponsoring, your brand will not only gain visibility but also help us enhance the experience for all attendees. Proceeds from sponsorships directly support trail maintenance, signage, volunteer appreciation, and incidental event costs.

Sponsorship Benefits:
We offer three levels of sponsorship to meet your business’s needs:

Bronze ($250):

• Banner placement at the park entrance
• Social media hyperlink promoting your business
• One complimentary meal ticket

Silver ($500):

• All Bronze-level benefits
• Your logo on event t-shirts
• Two meal tickets and a reserved vendor space

Gold ($1,000+):

• All Silver-level benefits
• Two event tickets and two event t-shirts
• A premier vendor space and four meal tickets
  
  Additionally, merchandise donations are welcome and will be raffled off during the Saturday dinner. This is a fantastic way to showcase your products while supporting the event’s goals.

Sponsors have the following options to pay for sponsor packages:

• Minimum of 50% monetary AND up to 50% product donations at retail value.
  (For example, if you choose the Gold level, you may pay $600 via check AND the remaining $400 in products at retail value.)

• 100% Monetary Payment
  - Please note that product donations are encouraged to be sent prior to the event when possible or due upon your arrival on the first day of the event so that we can organize and have everything ready prior to attendees arriving.

How to Get Involved:
To maximize your sponsorship benefits, please provide your logo, donation details, and QR codes by July 1st, 2025. This ensures your inclusion on event t-shirts and other promotional materials. While we will do our best to accommodate your business, if you do not provide these details by July 1st, we may not be able to get your logo onto t-shirts and signage prior to the event.
